Next, we’ll explore some guided breathwork and intuitive movement, awakening our bodies and integrating the cacao’s medicine of childlike wonder and play as we prepare for Ecstatic Dance—a conscious space of movement expression co-created in a safe container. No shoes, no talking. Let the music guide you into pure joy, release, and euphoria.

We’ll complete the evening with music and celebration to awaken and honor the divinity within, beyond, and present in all.
